The following Terms and Conditions must be agreed to in order to participate in the Iguanabucks affiliate program. All Terms and Conditions must be abided by, and are legally binding.

Iguanabucks reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason.

Rates: We will pay 50% (or greater, based on contest participation) per unique sign up and 50% of all rebills.

Links sourcing from password ditribution, warez websites, spamming, listing on newsgroups, search engines, bulk e-mailing, and hidden frames are not permitted. Any website found to be engaging in such actions, any any other illegal activity, will not receive any credit or payment for any space and will forfeit any and all credit or payment earned.

Representations and Warranties:
You, as site Operator, warrant and represent that you own or operate a lawful, and otherwise valid website. You further represent that you have the requisite power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform the obligations set forth herein and that you are an adult at least eighteen (18) years of age; that performance under this Agreement does not and will not constitute a breach of any existing contract or obligation undertaken by you; and that there are no outstanding orders, judgments, decrees, rules or regulations which would preclude you from entering into this Agreement. You shall indemnify Iguanabucks, its affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assignees against any loss, damage, and liability (including reasonable legal fees) which result from the use of any Iguanabucks materials not expressly authorized by this Agreement.
